Hong Kong - 25 June,2008 : Fengsheng (颱風 風神)has brought torrental rain to Hong Kong and caused minor flooding. Trash cans, trees, street signs, scaffoldings, and hung-up advertisments collapsed. The Hong Kong Observatory issued the No. 8 Gale or Storm signal at 10:45 p.m. on June 24, 2008. As it has gradually weakened while making landfall, the maximum winds were at about 86 km/h. Fengshen has also caused lanslides and thunderstorms. The wind has brought severe damage and is strongly wrecking the city. The Strong Wind Signal No.3 was hoisted at 11:15 a.m., June 25, 2008.
