Heavy Rain

An active trough of low pressure is bringing thundery showers to the south China coastal areas. Up to 7 p.m., more than 50 millimetres of rainfall were generally recorded over the territory, whereas more than 100 millimetres of rainfall were recorded over Hong Kong Island and the eastern part of the New Territories.
