Typhoon Neoguri Get Closer

Hong Kong - 18 April,2008 Hong Kong Observatory has issued the number three strong wind signal as typhoon Neoguri approaches western Guangdong. It's the second earliest typhoon to affect Hong Kong since World War Two.
