B&Q

B&Q (百安居) Entrance

B&Q (百安居) , Britain's largest home improvement retailer, its first store in Hong Kong was opened. The store will be wholly owned by Hong Kong-based B&Q Asia Limited, a subsidiary of the Kingfisher Group. The project will involve total investment of over HK$200 million and create about 200 new jobs for Hong Kong.

The new B&Q shop will take up 120,000 square feet over two floors in the MegaBox mall of Enterprise Square 5 in Kowloon Bay. MegaBox is Hong Kong' s first vertical mega mall, with over 19 storeys across 1.1 million square feet of retail space, MegaBox.

Megabox

Megabox (九龍灣紅點)

Enterprise Square Five (企業廣場五期) is a shopping mall and office building in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. It was developed by Kerry Properties. It opened in June 2007.

The property comprises the MegaBox shopping mall and two office buildings. It is the largest single property among the Enterprise Square properties, occupying 1.6 million square feet and costing HK$2 billion to build.

MegaBox ((九龍灣紅點) occupied 1.1 million square feet and will have 19 floors. It will house Hong Kong's first IMAX theatre, a B&Q store and a new ice skating rink named MegaIce.
