HONG KONG - 21 Aug., 2008 - Strong Wing Singal No. 3 was hosted at 8:40 pm by Hong Kong Observatory. Typhoon Nuri was estimated to be about 300 kilometres southeast of Hong Kong (near 20.6 degrees north 116.4 degrees east) and is forecast to move west-northwest at about 14 kilometres per hour in the general direction of coastal Guangdong.
